Road Maintenance Agreement

As per Policy 400-11, and pursuant to the Municipalities Act the municipality may enter into road maintenance agreements with any individual or contractor who wished to use municipal roads in connection with a "bulk haul" operation. 

Road Maintenance Agreements are required by all bulk operations which wish to use the roads within the Rural Municipality of Cymri No.36
